While making this digital artwork I was specially thinking about my beloved Holland, the country to which I feel strongly connected due to my Dutch husband and my beautiful half-spanish-half-dutch daughter. This artwork is the result of the scattering of the light through a transversal cut of a carrot after a green diode laser irradiation at 532nm. After an artistic digital manipulation, I got inspired obtaining my lovely orange Dutch heart inside a beer yeast…… is it not incredible?
